Cakes 5th Avenue is a custom cake and dessert company that I started after designing cakes for a local bake shop several years ago.   As a professional cake designer and owner of Cakes 5th Avenue, I very much enjoy what I do! 

 Using only the freshest, finest ingredients, I craft desserts with care and attention to detail. Cake flavors range from tried-and-true traditional to temptingly unique, and our various frostings and hand rolled marshmallow fondant are made from scratch. 

Wedding cake bookings are limited to two each weekend; my focus is on quality, not quantity.  I also provide cakes and desserts for other special occasions; from birthdays and retirement parties to corporate events and everything in between. I really enjoy cake creation from concept to completion!
